The Tech Level is so that when you buy an object that has tech level, the Points to next Tech Level Decrease, Every 25 Credits is 1 Tech Point, so if you donate 25 Credits, 1 Point to the Nedxt Tech Level goes away.

DONT TELL ME TO ADD MORE SHIPS AND VEHICLES, THEY WILL COME NEXT TECH LEVEL
